‘The Career DevelopMentor’ participated in Career Day at Aviation Career and Technical Education High School in Queens, New York. The mission of this high school is to provide students with a high quality rigorous academic and technical program which prepares them to meet the educational challenges of the 21st century, with a focus on career within the field of aerospace. ‘The Career DevelopMentor’ had a great experience presenting to students in 5 different classrooms totaling more than 125 students ranging in different grade levels. ‘The Career DevelopMentor’ spoke to students about transitioning from high school to college, as well as what to expect as a working professional.
